Manor Royal artist, Karl Singporewala continues artwork series
A new infinity pole sculpture, fabricated by local artist Karl Singporewala with the help of South East Motors and Colbridge Engineering, has appeared in the Royal West of England Academy of Art annual exhibition. The new sculpture is the next pole in the artist’s series which started with the two colourful 8m high poles in Manor Royal on Gatwick Road at McDonalds and Starbucks.
The new yellow pole is made from stainless steel and powdercoated in a beautiful industrial yellow. The sculpture is available for sale directly from the artist and gallery, and as an exclusive direct discount for Manor Royal companies, there would be no additional costs to have the sculpture permanently installed externally at a Crawley location.
The yellow sculpture features in this new exhibition alongside fine art work by King Charles, and runs from 12 September until the 3 January 2027. The artist’s design and architecture practice Karl Singporewala + the design bureau is based in Astral Towers, with additional workshop space at Creative Crawley. You may know some of their other sculpture in the area, they also created the large 6m high star sculpture on Manor Royal road. During the month of November they will be exhibiting a new body of work in India for Art Mumbai, highlighting this Crawley based company’s international reach.
