Crawley Town FC has teamed up with the Manor Royal Business Improvement District (BID) to provide a new and exciting half-time challenge to reward fans and promote local businesses.

To be revealed at the next home match and to run for the rest of the season, this new half-time challenge is designed to test the skills of Reds fans and reward them with a prize for their accuracy in putting the ball into the back of the net of three mini-goals from the goal line at Broadfield Stadium.

This new initiative builds on the long standing relationship between The Reds and the Manor Royal BID. With prizes donated or sponsored by companies based in Manor Royal, the largest business park in the town and the wider Gatwick Diamond area, not only will this new challenge give the fans something to cheer about at half time, it will also help promote local businesses who are supporting it.

James said “We are excited and proud to welcome Manor Royal on board as our new half-time challenge sponsor. Partnering with one of the largest business parks in the UK is a fantastic opportunity and represents another exciting step forward for the club. I can’t wait to get the new challenge underway at our game on 10 October and welcome fans to come along, take part and try their luck.”

Steve Sawyer, Executive Director of Manor Royal BID said: “We have enjoyed a fantastic relationship with Crawley Town FC since the start of the BID in 2013, but this new challenge takes things to the next level and provides a platform to promote Manor Royal and, most importantly, the businesses who are based here. We can’t wait to kick this off at the next home match and look forward to seeing how talented the Reds fans really are.”
