It's not only Vent-Axia that's steeped in history - our home at Manor Royal has a remarkable story to tell too.
In January 1950, HRH Princess Elizabeth (our beloved late Queen) visited Crawley and officially named the Manor Royal Industrial Estate, marking the beginning of what would become one of the UK's leading centres of British manufacturing and innovation.
The fascinating story of that historic visit lives on at Crawley Museum, where you can discover photographs, artefacts and more about the day that helped shape Manor Royal's history.
The 1950s were also a defining decade for Vent-Axia. During this period, we introduced our iconic X-Type and Standard Range - some of these products are still popular 60 years later, which is testament to their quality build and reliability!
The photos show the original Vent-Axia building in Crawley alongside our production team at work and our branded vehicles - so nostalgic!
As we celebrate 90 years of improving indoor air quality, we're proud to have been part of Manor Royal's story for generations - and we're excited to continue that legacy for many years to come.
