Here at Olive Home Care, we strive for the gold standard of care with all of our service users. We have a high standard of care after working the field for so many years. As we all started as carers and worked our way up into management, so we know how things work and how to offer the right guidance to the staff when there has been an issue.

Our management team have worked in the care industry for nearly 40 years combined, which is how they have such a vast understanding of the care industry, needs of the service users and carers alike.

We work with people from all over the world, who bring different perspectives, values and experience. They make a wonderful and insightful addition to our team which helps as grow as a business and enable us to build better working relationships with our service users. Having people working with us from different backgrounds enables us to provide better care, such as, to service users who require certain dietary requirements due to cultural and religious preferences.

We have such a warm and friendly team who are always happy to help where they can. We are very lucky to have the team we have and are always growing as a team and as a company.

We currently help to look after people over the age of 18 who have a physical, physiologically or care need. We look after people who have physical disabilities, mental health concerns, dementia, diabetes, acquired brain injury so much more. All of our carers are fully trained and have yearly update training in all areas to ensure the safe, effective and smooth running of our service.

We have an in-house trainer who is fully qualified and has yearly training to maintain their knowledge to ensure all carers are receiving the highest standard of training before going out to complete care visits.

Our open-door policy ensures all staff, service users and family/representatives have access to the management team. This way if there are any concerns raised, they can and will be delt with in an effective and timely manner. As well as when someone would like to highlight when a carer has gone above and beyond.
