Thales in the UK has been ranked number 28 out of 100 companies on the government backed Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers list for 2026. The scheme is run by the Department for Education in partnership with HIGHERiN, and the rankings are based entirely on reviews written by apprentices about their individual experiences.
Thales was assessed on factors including the inclusivity of its intake, completion rates, the variety of apprenticeships offered, and satisfaction scores provided by those currently on apprenticeship programmes.
Thales in the UK has been running apprenticeship programmes for over a decade, offering roles from Level 2 through to Level 6 across all our sites. With opportunities available in sectors such as engineering, cyber security and HR, Thales employs over 200 apprentices and graduates each year.
