Manor Royal People Conference

The ‘Manor Royal People Conference’ is designed for Manor Royal business owners, company managers and HR professionals who want to build and lead teams that are motivated for success. Focussed on sharing and promoting good practice, the event provides expert insights and the chance to connect with others with responsibility for recruiting and managing people in Manor Royal.

This event takes the form of a panel debate made up of representatives from education, business, recruitment and the DWP to share market insights, business challenges, and how we might collaborate to attract and retain talent and, potentially, inspire and support the next generation.

This event will include: the launch of the free to enter Manor Royal Recognition Awards 2027 where delegates will discover the “Magnificent Seven” award categories designed to recognise those colleagues and companies who contribute to making our community more welcoming, attractive and inviting; find out about What’s New on the Manor, find out what support is already available to companies and staff, grab a drink and something to eat and network with colleagues from across Manor Royal before heading back to work.
